Terms of Service

Peeksy is operated by projektsued GmbH, Klausnerring 17, 85551 Kirchheim b. München, Germany (hereinafter "we", "us", or "Peeksy"). Contact: info@projektsued.de

Peeksy is a competitor-intelligence dashboard for Etsy sellers. It collects publicly available shop and listing data from the Etsy API v3, stores time-series snapshots, and presents analytics through a web dashboard.

Peeksy is currently in beta. Features and availability may change at any time without notice.

Use of Peeksy is currently by invitation only. By accessing the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using the service for lawful, commercial purposes as an Etsy seller or e-commerce professional.

You agree not to:

• Collect or process personal data without a legal basis
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract raw data from the Peeksy platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the service in a way that violates Etsy's Terms of Service or API Terms of Use
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Peeksy uses the public Etsy API v3 to fetch publicly available shop metrics. Peeksy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Etsy, Inc.

The data shown in Peeksy reflects publicly available information at the time of each snapshot. We make no guarantees as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We aim for high availability but provide no uptime guarantee during the beta phase. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or changes to the Etsy API may cause interruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

All software, design, and content of the Peeksy platform (excluding third-party data) is owned by projektsued GmbH. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, projektsued GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Peeksy, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Munich, Germany, provided you are a merchant (Kaufmann) within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
